Look for the big painted wall with the rainbow cone and the line out front. Park, walk up to the window, and order.

Our story

Three generations of snow cones.

My grandparents opened Zink's in 1979 in a little red and white stand on Houston Blvd. South Houston kids have been walking up to that same window ever since.

Today the family still runs it the same way: shaved fresh, poured to order, and priced so the whole family can get one. We added the mural, a few dozen flavors and a snow cone trailer, but the stand is the same stand.

Our rainbow trailer rolls out to festivals, fairs and big events around Houston. Companies buy us out for the day, and their people never forget it.
